Speak With Purpose - $200k Non-Profit Grant Award Winning Short Film (2024)
I partnered with Toyia Taylor and her nonprofit, Speak with Purpose, to film, direct edit and produce a compelling short film that captured the organization's mission, community impact, and vision for the future.
The film became a key component of a successful grant submission that resulted in a $200,000 award, helping expand the organization's capacity to serve more young people and families.
City of Seattle Diversity Economic Forum Short Film (2023)
In partnership with the City of Seattle's Office of Economic Development and the Central Area Collaborative, I filmed, directed edited and produced a documentary that explored Seattle's resilience during and beyond the COVID-19 pandemic.
The film celebrated the achievements of community organizations, entrepreneurs, and neighborhood leaders while honestly addressing the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic and identifying opportunities to build a stronger, more inclusive local economy.
Lada Nada Food Company - Crowdfunding Short Film (2025)
I worked with Leah Henderson, the Founder of Lada Nada food company on a crowdfunding campaign. Here I led the creative development and production of a promotional video designed to help her launch and build momentum for the company's fundraising efforts.
My role included directing the overall creative vision, producing the project, filming key interviews, product footage, and editing the final video into a compelling story that communicated the brand's mission and value proposition.
Pro Se Potential - Non-Profit COPS Grant Award Short Film (2025)
I directed, produced, filmed, conducted interviews, and edited mission-driven videos for Pro Se Potential, highlighting its work helping youth and young adults in underserved communities through mentorship, family resource navigation, and social-emotional learning.
I also integrated AI into the production workflow for research, transcription, script development, and editing, creating engaging content that expanded the organization's reach and amplified its community impact.
Black Owned Business Excellence (BOBE) 5th Annul Symposium - Non-Profit Short Film (2024)
I directed, produced, filmed, and edited event coverage for the Black Owned Business Excellence (BOBE) 2024 Symposium, capturing the stories, insights, and collaborations that advanced the organization's mission of creating a more equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem in Washington. Through interviews, keynote highlights, and event storytelling, I documented the voices of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community partners working to expand economic opportunity.
Banana Mama, LLC – Caribbean Organic All Purpose Sauce Crowdfunding Video (2018)
I produced, directed, filmed, and edited a crowdfunding campaign video for Banana Mama, LLC, showcasing the brand's Caribbean-inspired organic all-purpose sauce. The video was designed to build brand awareness, engage supporters, and help drive fundraising for the company's growth.

I produced, directed, filmed, and edited a series of student interviews for Pro Se Protential, capturing authentic stories and career aspirations to support student recruitment and program awareness.
The videos highlighted the mission of Pro Se Potential to prepare diverse students for high-growth careers through innovative training, mentorship, and pathways to economic opportunity.

I partnered with Microsoft and The Breakfast Group in Seattle, WA to help spotlight a powerful pipeline experience for young Black and Brown students stepping into the world of tech.
I filmed and produced coverage of students visiting Microsoft headquarters, capturing their experience as they explored real-world tech opportunities and expanded their understanding of future career paths.
The content showcased the energy, curiosity, and impact of connecting industry access with community development.
Masterminds Unlimited 8 Week Black Business Cohort - Official Commercial (2026)
I directed, produced, filmed, and edited the promotional commercial for the Masterminds Unlimited 8-Week Black Business Cohort, a business accelerator designed to help Black entrepreneurs strengthen their businesses through practical education, strategic planning, and community support. I also wrote and produced the soundtrack for the video.
ADYA Sankofa Tutoring - Non-Profit Fundraiser Promo (2018)
I produced, directed, filmed, and edited a promotional fundraiser video for ADYA Sankofa Tutoring, featuring rapper and philanthropist David Banner. The project helped raise awareness and support for the nonprofit's mission of empowering youth through education and mentorship.

As the Director of Videography, I managed a team of videographers during live events and produced behind-the-scenes and promotional content for Seattle Fashion Week 2017, capturing runway preparation, backstage energy, and the creative process. I sat down with Dennis Comer, Executive Director of the Central Area Collaborative nonprofit in Seattle, WA, to unpack what it really means to get money, gain power, and fight discrimination in today’s economy.
We explored how communities can organize to access grants, funding streams, and broader economic opportunities that are often out of reach without the right information and networks.
The discussion also gets real about the ongoing challenges of racial discrimination in real estate and business development—and what that means for long-term community wealth.
At the center of it all is a simple truth: people of color are stronger when they build together, creating new opportunities and expanding the economic “pie” instead of competing over limited resources.

I directed and produced the FIYAH STORM music video, marking my directorial debut in creating a cinematic, mini-movie style visual project.The video featured Black Stax, led by vocalist and actress Felicia Loud and MC/educator Jace ECAj, along with Erika Bee. The project blended performance and storytelling, highlighting music rooted in soul, hip-hop, jazz, and community, while reflecting their long-standing impact on Seattle’s creative and youth culture.
